Managing a small team, you will be tasked with analysing revenue streams across the organisation to identify present and future opportunities. Working closely with sales, business development teams and external providers, you will play a vital role in helping to build long-term growth plans for the business. You will formulate and lead the budgeting & forecasting processes around these plans, both on an annual basis and as part of long-term strategic planning. You will also be required to assist in a hands-on capacity with the day-to-day financial reporting requirements of the Income control team. As well as helping to refine processes and systems within the Finance function, this role will be highly visible in other areas of the business. You will be expected to build strong relationships with areas such as sales to ensure that commercially valuable information is communicated effectively.
Who we're looking for
The successful Candidate will be a qualified ACA/ACCA with proven commercial and technical experience. You will have demonstrable knowledge of budgeting & forecasting around revenue streams and have the drive and commercial acumen to help an established business capitalise on opportunities for growth. You will have a practical approach to solving issues, possessing the communication skills necessary to influence senior colleagues in non-finance areas of the business.
