As the Head of Corporates you will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers based in Jersey, ensuring the delivery of exceptional sales and business performance.You will be responsible for growing and developing a portfolio of predominantly local corporate and International trading company clients to generate sustained revenue. A key element of the role is engaging with the client's senior management team and obtaining an in depth understanding of their strategic business need to become a 'trusted adviser'. This will provide you with the opportunity to work with colleagues worldwide to ensure best business practice is followed. Key accountabilities will include: - Sales Management- you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive sales plan, management of client activity and standards and revenue performance. - Leadership- you will lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers - Risk Management- responsibility for the management and control of operational, credit and regulatory risk for the team. - Client Service Management- proactively identify and monitor key client service issues to ensure the team delivers exceptional service.
