Head of Production Accounts

This is an important appoint for Network and will head up a newly established team, reporting into the Director of Financial Services
Responsibilities include

- Lead and manage the Production Accounts division.
- To provide production of all accounting on a monthly and annual basis, to maintain high levels of accuracy, maintaining the integrity of financial record keeping.
- Working closely with the financial system and service charge accountants to help maintainconsistent processes and smooth implementations.
- To establish and maintain internal controls within the accounts department, helping create robust accounting procedures.
- This is a senior appointment that will work closely with management, produce reports for the Finance & Investment committees and the executive group.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or the equivalent, with knowledge of management and statutory accounting. The individual will be from a customer focussed background, have exposure to high volume transactions and previously managed and developed a team. They will possess strong interpersonal skills and have previously worked in a stakeholder focussed environment.
