For the role of Implementation Engineer, the correct candidate will be confident in dealing with technical queries from internal and external customers and escalating where appropriate. You will assist various implementation projects in installing and configuring products and applications. This will involve a degree of testing, advising on administrative issues and data mapping.

Who we're looking for
A good command of SQL coding and experience of Oracle database support is important too. As an Implementation Engineer you will be required at certain times to be an onsite point of communication between our client and their users.
You will be reporting to a Technical Team Lead in Paris, so a second major European language is highly desirable, preferably French or Spanish.
Prior experience in a Financial Services organisation is a significant advantage.
