A Financial Services client in London requires a Senior Reward Manager to assist the Head of Reward in devising, developing and ensuring effective implementation of reward strategies, compensation policies, practices and reward programmes.
You will work in a Relationship Manager capacity with the HRBPs of one or more functions to understand the business issues and develop reward strategies that support the business strategy.
You will also play an integral role in delivering the annual pay round as well as providing reward support for pricing of roles and the governance of proposed compensation packages.
Provide support in the delivery of business reward solutions and pay round processes through market research and external benchmarking skills, and provide high quality Compensation consultancy advice to the clients, in particular the Head of HR.
Who we're looking for
Seasoned Reward practitioner with experience of working at a senior level within Reward demonstrating: • extensive knowledge of pay and compensation and related legislation, governance and practice • advanced numerical, analytical and problem solving skills • complex data analysis and interpretation • strong project management skills and experience in managing reward projects • strong Information Technology skills • excellent interpersonal & communication skills • ability to work across diverse and complex business units • high degree of autonomy in developing and managing initiatives in support of HR strategy • Consultancy/Relationship Management skills - ideally gained through a consultancy role, within a HR function or leading Consultancy firm * Recent Financial Services exposure preferred
