International Territory Manager

In response to international business demands Keeler are recruiting an International Territory Manager. Reporting to the International Sales Manager, your role will be to develop and drive sales in this fast growing sector through our distributor network. You will be responsible for identifying the key growth opportunities for future marketing investment across your region of Latin America.You will inspire the Keeler distribution partners with your vision for the business.You can expect to have the following key accountabilities:

• To develop and grow sales revenue in the international territory
• Work closely with local distribution partners to develop market plans; motivating, challenging and supporting them in order to deliver the growth objectives defined for each product
• Select, review, appoint and support the best channels to market for each territory
• Establish robust and professional performance tracking and follow-up
• Establish best practice in distributor management
• Develop effective cross-functional relationships both internally and externally to the business and within the industry sector

Who we're looking for
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a real passion for overseas markets, you will have previous experience in sales and/or marketing roles. Specific medical/healthcare industry experience is not essential, however you will need experience in managing and developing distributor relationships. Previous or current export/international experience is essential.The ideal person will have a proven sales track record and strong negotiating skills. Languages will play a key part in this role. Candidates will need to be fluent in English as well as Spanish.The position will be based out of our Windsor office in Berkshire. Significant international travel will be required, between 30-50% of your time.
