The successful Production Supervisor will be on a 2 weeks on, 3 weeks off Offshore rotation and will monitor and control all hydrocarbon production facilities and utility systems ensuring that production targets are achieved as defined. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following.
• By example, actions and initiatives, demonstrate and promote the commitment of the company to a safe and environmentally responsible approach to its business activities. • Accountable for ensuring that all production operations are executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Safety Management System and in compliance with the production target set. • Co-ordinate the activities of all production technicians providing leadership and direction. • Closely monitor the results of analysis ensuring optimal chemical usage and compliance with company environmental policy. • Liaise with onshore Production Engineers to discuss technical issues, also liaise / communicate with other internal or external parties, companies, consultants, agencies or peer groups where required. • Accountable for production performance against budget with continual and expedient investigation of any variances. • Co-ordinate activities relating to hydrocarbon processing and utility systems in accordance with the safety management system and associated procedures.
Who we're looking for
The successful Production Supervisor will be on a 2 weeks on, 3 weeks off Offshore rotation and must have a proven track record in a similar role with an Operator in the North Sea. You must also be able to demonstrate the following.
• Must have a thorough understanding of offshore production and utility systems and appropriate supervisory track record, with the ability to share knowledge and skills when required and to support and motivate others to achieve team goals. • Should ideally be time served and will typically have operational / professional post training experience in a similar role.
