This post will sit on the Management Team giving strategic direction and full operationally responsibility to all sales activity in order to deliver agreed revenue. You will deliver the product/service offering to our corporate client base across all regions and markets, giving input into pricing strategies as well as developing the overall annual sales plan, feeding into the annual operating business plan.
This post will be heavily weighted on the man management and leadership in securing down the sales teams key metrics surrounding success, focus on driving and maximising the commercials on delivering against targeted and partnered clients needs through training, PDP and further recruitment into the division. To move from a transactional related sales business to one that has key account management and true business development as its core value.

Who we're looking for
• Proven track record of Senior Sales Man Management within a corporate B2B environment (Solution Sales): 6-10 multi levelled team, recruitment, review / development / execution of sales plans, KPI setting and delivery, reporting up the line with trend analysis & recommendations
• Designed and built a robust sales model to maximise revenue return and upside on client base through team and individual delivery
• Leadership skills
