We are currently looking for a Marketing Director and there has never been a more exciting time to join! We are striving to deliver an aggressive expansion programme both in the UK and overseas, as well as a major brand re-positioning exercise which will launch 3 separate brands under the Corney & Barrow name.
Who we're looking for
The Marketing Director will sit within the Senior Management Team and will be critical to the organisation. Working with an external marketing agency, you will be responsible for devising, planning and implementing a marketing strategy that increases customer audiences and maximises sales. This position also assumes responsibility for Corney & Barrow's communications and PR Strategy.
Whilst ideal applicants will have marketing experience within the bar / restaurant industry, it is essential that you have a proven track record in a similar or complimentary strategic marketing environment with the requisite transferable skills. A professional appearance and the social skills necessary to deal with a range of clients, along with the self confidence and stature to represent C&B at a senior level are of utmost importance. We will be looking for a strategic and commercial attitude towards Sales & Marketing, a passionate and dynamic personality and experience managing financial budgets. Day to day, you will inspire a team and ensure everyone is motivated to achieve set goals.
