As an Online Assistant Merchandiser you will support the Online Merchandiser in the departmental planning and trading of the online channel to maximise sales and profits keeping stock and markdown within target levels. To assist the merchandising of the brands and exclusives department which will drive sales in top stores.
Main Responsibilities

Reporting into the Merchandise Manager and assisting with planningprocess for website by preparing sales analysis etc.
Review trading patterns and maintaining key top lines for the divisions, ensuring size availability. Producing Monday morning reporting required by the E-Commerce team and monitoring sales on a weekly/daily basis.
Checking an reviewing allocations are within planned levels and stock is online as soon as received to the warehouse.
Your key responsibilities as anE-Commerce Assistant Merchandiser will include:
• Intake and supply chain management for the exclusive department.
• Provide accurate analytical support for the planning and trading of the online channel and exclusive department
• Potentialise sales of online channel through daily analysis of sales and stock reports and taking appropriate commercial actions
• Maintaining stock availability to agreed levels across all product areas to ensure the effective throughput of stock to the online fulfilment centre
• Action markdowns for exclusive department
• Deputise for Merchandiser in their absence
• Develops strong relationships with online team

Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this role as anE-Commerce Assistant Merchandiser you will need:
• Experience and success as an Allocator/Assistant Merchandiser/Branch Merchandiser for at least two years
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and co-operate with cross functional teams
• Analytical and with a thorough attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Be able to display a confident and professional style at all times
