This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading practice and acting as one of their key advisors in relation to all legal service quality, regulatory and risk management. You will work within the team ensuring that the practice is kept up to date on legal and best practice developments, that policies and processes for managing the firm's exposure to risk are effectively designed and implemented, and advising and delivering training to the practice on legal service best practice and regulatory compliance as required.

Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced compliance / risk manager, legal services manager and / or a qualified solicitor with relevant experience. You will have a good understanding of legal service provision and a good working knowledge of current best practice and regulation. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite, as well as paying attention to detail, being self-motivated, proactive and organised.
