Our client is a very large global business services and systems provider who are part of a respected, and rapidly growing corporation, it is has taken a multi-million pound investment to launch its personnel/talent assessment and selection products and services in to the UK. They are now seeking to establish a UK based Business Development Team, tasked with building lasting relationships across numerous sectors including Retail and Financial Services. Enviably, in the US our client is a market leader in human capital services and talent acquisition: 60 year track record; servicing about half of Fortune 500 companies; used by the most important government agencies; and is well respected as THE thought leader in its target market sectors.

Who we're looking for
The market is fast-paced, and our client's ambitions are aggressive. Accordingly the right person needs to have a demonstrable track record of success as well as energy, enthusiasm and creativity and applicants should have demonstrable success in winning high value, competitive contracts at all levels. You'll be confident in dealing with large corporate clients up to blue chip level and have solid understanding of the recruitment, loss and retention issues these companies face. You'll be rewarded with a stable environment and an exciting innovative product and the opportunity to build a UK territory from scratch.

What's on offer
£50-60k base. OTE 80k
