Fabulous opportunity to join this successful, growing, Management Consultancy in Bathfor a Business Analyst with expertise in a change environment to train in Management Consultancy.
Ideally you will have previous consultancy expertise - if not, you need to be a confident, fast learner and they will train you to be a management consultancy.
Their team of high calibre consultants are respected for their solid experience, no-nonsense approach and exceptional interpersonal skills. Their work client work ranges from project/programme delivery to business analysis, process alignment and cultural change programmes to organisational optimisation

They have extensive experience across both small scale and multi-million pound change programmes within public and private sectors, and have a strong and growing client base across the UK (although mainly focussed on the South West).
This organisation have a principle of introducing positive change that adds real value to organisations. They adopt an approach to delivery that is tailored to our clients needs and appreciates the unique way they operate.
You will join a high calibre team of individuals (most of which are from leading Management Consultancy backgrounds), who will support your growth as an individual. The opportunity for fast progression exists as theConsultancy grow to another level.

Who we're looking for
At least at 2.1 degree
Strong business process analysis, process mapping and workshop facilitation in a Change environment
• Demonstrable experience of business process re-engineering, defining As-Is and To-Be business processes
• Proven ability to gather, prioritise and agree business requirements
• The ability to bridge the gap between ICT and business operations
• Understand key principles around data migration
• Ability to manage testing phases on projects
• Experience of setting up project governance, structure and reporting mechanisms
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and negotiate new work
• Experience of vendor selection and management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on your own and be responsible for a clients
Expertise in a commercial environment where you have acted as an internal Consultant (if you don't already have external consulting skills).
UK work experience essential
