As Recruitment Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a diverse global team to deliver 500 experienced hires globally. You will devise the recruitment strategy for the division alongside the VPHR, working on innovative sourcing strategies, driving best in class end to end process and measuring and evaluating the success of the campaigns.
You will also help promote the company's image to help attract the highest quality talent whilst internally assisting with the continued development of the employee value proposition. As the manager of the team, you will set the agenda, drive performance and lead by example.

Who we're looking for
You will be degree educated with a deep understanding of recruiting/sourcing and HR processes gained in large complex environments. Preferred sector experience is engineering, oil & gas or pharmaceutical. Strong relationship management at a global level and the ability to communicate and drive process improvement through a geographically diverse team would be highly advantageous.
