The role will involve:
• Developing and identifying new business opportunities
• Maintaining existing client and candidate relationships
• Managing active job portfolios
• Attending client and candidate meetings
• Assisting in training and developing junior consultants where appropriate

The role involves a lot of people contact. If you are driven, enjoy meeting and interacting with people and like to work and play hard, you should consider legal recruitment.

Who we're looking for
You will either come from a legal background or have previous sales experience. You will be bright, personable and friendly. You will be driven and ambitious but also like to have fun in the workplace.
