Contracts Manager - External Wall Insulation

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall site delivery, managing supervisors and dealing with operational issues, specifically reporting to and supporting the designated Contract Manager on external wall insulation projects in either South Wales or the Midlands region.
You will manage the delivery of the Installation of EWI & Plumbing and Heating, and develop effective working relationships with various public / private sector clients.
You will have demonstrable success in people and project management and be used to reporting on all key data including costings, work plans, labour requirements and supply chain activity.

With a passion for the renewables sector you will strive to continuously measure, report and maximise productivity and provide additional technical advice and assistance to operatives regarding installation, supporting and working with supervisors when required.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a proven leader with first class communication and management skills to deliver projects in their EWI division. You will be commercially aware with an eye for detail and have the passion for the renewables sector.
