This role offers the opportunity to participate in the entire investment process, from deal origination and research to execution and investment management. The candidate will work in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment in a global investment firm focused on distressed debt and special situations investment strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
· Focus on the financial analysis, modelling, due diligence, execution and monitoring of investments in various types of asset classes.
· Assist with valuation analysis and modelling of potential investments.
· Assist with underwriting and execution of new investments.
· Participate in meetings/calls with lawyers, financial advisors.
.Review investment documents and structures.

Who we're looking for
The idea candidate will be:
.University educated (economics/finance or related preferred).
· Analyst 2 or 3 levelfrom a Top Tier investment bank, within M&A, Leverage Finance, credit analysis
· Strong maths, accounting and financial modelling skills with a high level of attention to detail.
· Detailed understanding of the risk/returns associated with a variety of debt and equity investments.
· Extensive computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required. Familiarity with other analytical tools, and research/database sources, is a plus.
· Hard working, highly motivated and driven, intellectually curious, interested in financial markets.
· Strong verbal and written skills are required.
