As a Store Manager for our Blue Chip Client in London you will be accountable for all aspects of the operational performance of one of our clients busy Department Stores. You will have a team between 300-700 personnel, Your responsibilities as a Store Manager will be: •Lead and develop the team on a daily basis whilst delivering fantastic store standards. • You need to be able to demonstrate success within large stores with high turnover. •You will have the ability to inspire, engage and create a fantastic culture that fits our clients fantastic reputation. • You need to be passionate about delivering great customer service and delivering your results through your team.

We are looking for first class retailers from a Food or Department Store background already operating at a Store Manager capacity in a Blue Chip environment who want to excel. Who will always go the extra mile and take pride in their business. • Our client needs that special retailer that wants to be involved in world renowned business and will bring their store along to match and beat company standards and targets. • You will be focused on your results and have the ability to achieve through your people with outstanding leadership. • Attention to detail is a must to deliver terrific store standards and your organisational skills will be one of your main attributes. • The environment is structured, fast paced, ever changing and your winning mentality will inspire others to get over the line. Essential for the Role: * You will have managed circa £1 million per week * You will have worked in a fast paced Food or Department store retail environment. * You must have managed large teams and a large shop floor with high volume turnovers.
