Facilitate the delivery of an Insuranceproject, within Finance, that contribute to the Strategic Objective of our client to build Britain's Best Insurer.

Line management responsibility for a defined team of change agents (Project Managers and / or Business Analysts) and development thereof.

Key member of the Finance Change management team - responsible for shaping the performance of the team and working in partnership with colleagues.
