Your time will be split between prospecting to new clients, responding to incoming enquiries and following up warm leads developed by telemarketing team.
BusinessDevelopment Executivewill be based out of the West Sussex office, however will be visiting existing and prospective clients, presenting the Company proposition.

Who we're looking for
SuccessfulBusiness Development Executivewill be able to demonstrate:
• Proven track record of overachieving against targets in a new business environment;
• Ability to build rapport quickly internally and externally;
• Full clean driving licence;
• Experience of Selling Outsourced Payroll Cervices, Recruitment or Training will be a distinct advantage.

About our client
Our client is a very well established provider of Outsourced Payroll Services, based in West Sussex.
Office environment is very dynamic with good banter and healthy competition!

What's on offer
£25,000 - £29,000 basic salary + OTE + car allowance + benefits
