Who we're looking for
Experienced Reward professionals
Financial Services background
Extensive experience of managing multiple projects at one time
Ability to influence & push back to Senior stakeholders
Capable of dealing with an ever changing environment
Experience of managing large teams
Change Management experience
Up to date FSA regulations knowledge
