In this pivotal Head of Product role you will be required to drive forward the Flybe UK product portfolio, manage current specification and manage the day to day product/commercial Airport relations. Every day will provide a great challenge and will require you to be at your very best as your responsibilities will include the following: • Define specification for the Flybe product • Develop Flybe's Strategic 5 Year Product Initiatives • Work closely with the Head of Technology to implement product enhancement • Monitor delivery of the product through market research and regional audit programme • Manage delivery of major customer based capital expenditure projects • Communicate changes to product specification • Control product content on flybe.com website • Provide intelligence on Industry wide best practice and competitor product sets • Build key airport Commercial relationships to maximise passenger experience and joint funding opportunities
Who we're looking for
The Head of Product is a superb opportunity and requires an individual that has passion, drive and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes: • A Marketing background • Experience of working in a product focussed environment • Experience of creating and implementing new products • A Strategic thinker, with the ability to work at the visionary level • To build relationships and be challenging cross departmentally • To be able to build financially based business cases • An enthusiastic and motivated individual • Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise • Presentation skills both internally and externally
