Our client, a leading international retailer, is looking for 3 property directors to help develop their brand internationally. You will be responsible and accountable for the direct acquisition of large format retail sites in one of the respective countries. The business is growing rapidly in South East Asia. Its key limit to growth is the speed at which they can acquire new sites, hence the requirement for these roles.

Although the company would rather have local people doing the roles, actually we would consider an expat providingthey spoke the local language (s).

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will come from either a large retailer or commercial property company. You will be fluent in the local dialect and have a clearly demonstrable track record in the acquisition of large commercial retail properties. Ideally you will come from a large format retailer.
