Technical Services Manager

In this highly attractive role, working directly for the end user, the Technical Services Manager will be responsible for:

• specifying and managing the outsourced planned and reactive building maintenance contract
• ensure safety and compliance of all statutory requirements
• ensuring that all properties are energy efficient, and managing the organisations energy contracts
• delivery of all capital projects
• subject matter expert and point of contact for all building services and engineering matters.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Technical Services Manager will:

• be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a relevant technical qualification in a building or engineering discipline
• have successfully managed outsourced FM contracts
• have proven experience of managing varied capital projects, ideally at commercial office properties
• be able to identify and deliver cost savings through energy improvement projects

This role will be based from the Midlands, with travel to the company's UK offices as required.
