Online Marketing Manager

Working closely with the operations team, the Online Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of all national and local lead generation marketing activity to drive new member acquisition.
The primary marketing tool for the business is the website and the Online Marketing Manager needs to ensure that all lead generation campaigns and activities online and offline are focused on maximizing web traffic and conversions to free class trial registration and trial attendance. The Online Marketing Manager will support the development of lead generation and sales conversion strategy and have full responsibility for the implementation and evaluation of all activities at both a national and local level.
The main responsibilities will be
SEM, Social Media, eCRM, campaign analysis.

Who we're looking for
Currently working in a multi-site retail or leisure organization (within the digital or e-commerce marketing function) this person will have solid UK customer acquisition marketing experience gained in a direct-to consumer environment.
• Graduate calibre (ideally with a marketing degree or post-graduate marketing qualification)
• Digital and online marketing experience (ideally experience of web and search analytics tools and working with e-mail marketing software and e-CRM tools)
• Creative, media and digital agency management experience
• Print production experience
• Numerate and analytical
• Persuasive, pragmatic decision maker
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
The successful candidate must be able to commute to South West London.
