Infrastructure Analyst (SCOM)

As the Infrastructure Analyst (SCOM), you will be mostly focused on providing 2nd/3rd Line support for issues relating to Microsoft's System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM). However, you will also be working on projects to design, deploy and update the system.

Based in London WC1, the role will be a part of the Group Data Centre Team that manages, maintains and supports the Professional Service firm's UK server, application and web infrastructure. In addition, the team also manages various systems used by the Group globally, including messaging, Active Directory and monitoring systems.

The summary of your tasks includes:
• Maintain, update and optimise the company's global System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM) environment
• Provide 2nd/3rd Line support duties for the company's live, development and testing environments
• Document processes and procedures

Who we're looking for
Essential skills:
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft's System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 in an Active Directory environment

Desirable skills:
• Microsoft Exchange 2007
• Citrix of XenApp exposure
• MCP / MCSE
• IT degree or higher education
