In this Customer Marketing Manager role at leading FMCG business based in Middlesex you will be accountable for: • Managing a full category management plan and dialogue with 2 major multiple retailers.
• Providing insight with recommendations to sales and our customers from information interrogation.
• Building trade marketing plans with consumer marketing to best bring alive our brands with our customers
• Managing day to day relationship with Dunnhumby.
• Working with sales to ensure we gain the right distribution for our existing range and new products.
• Line management responsibility for a Customer marketing Executive. You will also be responsible for supplier management with Dunnhumby, managing trade marketing budgets, managing research projects.
Who we're looking for
To be successful in this Customer Marketing Manager role you will:
• Understand what category management is and have had some formal training on developing category management plans
• Have completed full range reviews with the top multiples.
• Have an understanding of the UK grocery trade
•Have the ability to use space planning software
•Have proven ability of using AcNielsen, Kantar, LMG & Dunnhumby.
•Have proven ability of building and implementing trade marketing plans.
•Working knowledge of managing agencies especially design and POS production
• Have proven strong influencing, presentation and analysis skills. And be passionate about: Trawling information to gain true insight
• Turning insight into actionable recommendations

• Building external relationships
• Supermarket shopping and the grocery trade
