This is an exciting new position within the business. They are in a period of growth due to large recent investment and as such are looking to increase their resource with the appointment of a Business Development Manager. The role itself is very diverse and requires candidates who have the passion and desire to grow within a very dynamic, team orientated environment. You will be responsible for the full cycle business development within the firm, from initial interest all the way through to development and presentation of the pitch. You will be working as part of the team and have a close relationship with the Account Directors with visibility to the senior management team on a daily basis. You will be based from the North West office. you will need to have come from a Bank or Building Society background

Who we're looking for
• As Business Development Manager you must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
• You must be from a banking or building society background
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Some experience of working for or selling to banks or building sociaties
• Self-starter who is motivated by a challenge to develop with a rapidly growing business
• Excellent team player
