• Develop and translate the audit strategy into effective audit procedures
• Deliver the assurance service for the assignment efficiently and effectively
• Review work prepared by less experienced people for sign off by Manager/Senior Manager
• Generate and implement ideas to maximise assignment profitability
• Lead and management of audit fieldwork
• Effective management of audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters
• Contribute to broader audit business

Who we're looking for
• ACCA or ACA (ICAEW, ICAS, Irish Institute or equivalent international qualification) Qualified
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - both internally and externally
• Ability to develop business development skills (e.g. influencing, negotiation)
• Develop and actively manages internal and external networks
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven business writing capability
• Coaching / supervising skills
