The Quality and Improvement Officer for this Housing Association based in London will be provide guidance to the care and support business throughout the partnership to maintain and develop service quality and best practice. Other responsibilities will include:
- To ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with current legislation and best practice.
- To provide support to operational teams in developing, implementing and reviewing quality systems and improvement plans
- Carry out preparation for inspections and reviews.

Who we're looking for
The right candidates will be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:
- Understanding of the care and support business.
- Understanding of project management skills.
- Experience of policy development
- Knowledge of changes currently impacting on the care and support sector.
- Understanding of the social housing sector.
-Experience of reviewing supported housing or care services.
