This is a senior role, responsible for managing IT spend, which is outsourced. Key requirements of this role are :

Negotiation of contracts and ongoing vendor relationship and contract management to deliver savings and best benefit

Actively making Procurement a centre of excellence and raising the awareness and profile of Procurement

work with stakeholders to initiate Procurement involvement in specific IT projects and areas previously untouched by Procurement

Who we're looking for
You will have a track record in managing IT spend, whilst developing stakeholder relationships at all levels, particularly senior level

You will be responsible for drafting RFI, RFP and RFQ, ITT etc

You will be able to negotiate, draft, implement and review high value supply contracts for multiple business users to deliver best commercial benefit
