As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of financial services professionals to deliver exceptional levels of service to the community. You will work to a broad range of key performance indicators and must be able to evidence a clear track record of success in your career to date.

Who we're looking for
Essential
• You must have worked in a customer facing retail environment (branch or area management) for either a financial services business or a leading UK retail business with experience of managing a team and achieving set objectives.
Preferred
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience gained working in a customer focussed consultative sales environment
