Reward Consultant

The Role
As a Reward Consultant you will primarily manage large scale Rewards projects for premier financial services clients that may include Institutional Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Support, Private Banking, Consumer, and Energy Trading businesses. You will work alongside Towers Watson's Reward Senior Consultants and contribute to the growth of our financial services market share within our business segment Talent & Rewards.

Performance Objectives:
Excellence
- Develop relationships with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of all projects
- Contribute to the development and management of innovative measurement and data analytics and deliver integrated solutions that help our clients manage change
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches aimed at advancing our contributions to financial services clients globally
- Educate clients on Rewards market trends and themes; integrate information to make value-added recommendations to clients
- Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client's broader business issues
• Educate colleagues (e.g. from other Practices) on Talent and Rewards services for financial services companies
- Design annual, equity, stock and other long and short term incentive programs


People/Clients
- Deliver superior, consistent project management for all assigned financial services clients:
• Serve as the day to day project lead, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
• Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services
• Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants

Financial
Meet revenue and billable hour goals as described by manager
- Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team
- Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships
- Develop proposals and presentations as part of a team
- Effectively promote Talent and Rewards' value proposition both internally and externally

Who we're looking for
The Requirements
- Significant experience in all aspects of Rewards Management, ideally gained in both consulting and corporate environments in the financial services sector
- Experience of designing both long and short term incentive programmes
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Demonstrated success or strong evidence of the ability to generate new business
- Experience of managing senior and complex stakeholder groups
- An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity in a fast paced environment
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff
- Able to understand the wider service offerings of the Talent and Reward team and explain this to clients
- Interest and ability to travel domestically and globally
- Bachelors degree required
