The role of theCFO is to ensure that the Finance & Admin function of the organisationis being properly managed.You will be ultimately responsible for maintaining financial records, timely submission of reports and adhering to Group's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Proper reflection of transactional events in the accounts as per IFRS and the Group's accounting policies.
2. Ensure proper adherence to the Group's accounting procedures and maintain proper internal controls.
3. Review and ensure letter of credits (LC) and related documents are in line with LC requirements as per the group accounting policies and procedures
4. Overview the payroll function and processing and liaise with HR department as per the Group's policies.
5. Review and approve bank reconciliations on monthly bases.
6. Prepare monthly financial reports and check all schedules related to financials prepared by subordinates.
7. Coordinate with Commercial Department for the project reports on monthly basis.
8. Coordinate with all departments on accounting related matters.
9. Follow up delinquent clients to facilitate payment.
10. Coordinate with subsidiaries on inter-company transactions.
11. Build/Manage the Finance Team
12. Budgeting and Cash Flow Forecasting
13. Liaise with External Auditors
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Financial Manager/Subsidiary Financial Manager.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience of in a senior finance role leading the Finance function of a company with turnover circa £30 million.
