In this New Business role, you will be responsible for a complete sales cycle of HR related software and tools, working as part of the Major Accounts team. You will be managing your territory, delivering against revenue targets in this highly complex, solution led environment.

Who we're looking for
Successful Business Development Manager will be able to demonstrate:
• Proven track record in a new business role in a solution sales environment;
• Experience in selling HR software;
• Miller Heiman sales technique;
• Live within commutable distance from Surrey/London;
• Full clean driving licence
