Working for a subsidiary of the main group this role is to take full ownership of a newly developed online payment portal product.
The purpose of this role is for a strong Customer Experience Specialist to direct, critique, alter and evaluate the new online product from a customer experience perspective. Understanding basic SEO and PPC applications, you will be able to detail to the technical IT team what changes need to be made to the product to drive increased performance, visits and ultimately revenue back into the business.
As a customer friendly tool, it is vital that the customer's experience of the product is positive, and your background in .com or SME will give insight into maintaining customer engagement.
Similarly any exposure to customer experience marketing from an online retail brand will be highly desirable.

A strong Online Customer Experience Specialist who can take full ownership and control of this live, online product. Driving excellence in content, experience and delivery.

What's on offer
