• My client are looking for a new Sales Manager working within the Biotech industry selling to the healthcare and industrial markets. • You will be reporting directly to the UK Sales Director and be part of a driven and dynamic team that is consistently over achieving their targets and have grown considerably over the last 2 years. • You will be expected to successfully manage and develop your team, whilst still being involved in seeking new opportunities for the wide portfolio of products. • The role will be based from the head office but will require some UK wide and international travel, including the US and Japan spending approximately 1 week in 6 abroad.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Sales Manager will: • Strong track record of success in account management and New business • Experience selling into the international market would be ideal. • Able to travel internationally. • Be based within commutable distance of Cardiff. • Any biotech/biological sciences background or knowledge will be to your advantage, but not essential. • This role will be require you to be driven and proactive. •Be a great man manager
The successful candidate will be the candidate who shows passion and personality along with a successful track record in Sales Management.
