This is an exciting opportunity for within a thriving business for a strong L&D Business Partner to make a real difference and contribute to driving the business forward. Your primary objective will be to advise, propose and execute talent and development strategies, optimising performance delivery through the L&D Delivery Team and working closely with the Central functions.As Learning & Development Consultant you will be responsible for thedesign, develop, implement and measure Learning & Development offerings to support the short and medium term plans of the business.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in L&D design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of training and development programmes . You will have evidence of creating and delivering, creative, innovative, exciting L&D Campaigns and in addition evidence of conducting TNA within businesses and converting data in to useful analysis to influence L&D strategy and content design. In addition you will have a strong understanding of HR principles combined with the ability to build relationships at all levels environment. You will be enthusiastic, totally customer focused and will create and maintain a positive working environment. You won't be afraid to 'roll up your sleeves' will lead by example and have a true passion for learning and Development. In terms of personality I'm looking for someone who is very driven, who is upbeat, ambitious and someone who likes to work in a fun atmosphere. You will generate L&D ideas the bigger the better!
