An interesting interim contract has arisenfor Policy Advisor with a Membership Body (financial services). As the suitable candidate you will:
• Carrying out timely evaluation and analysis of technical consultative documents including those from the regulator.
• Creatively and proactively contributing towards the development of the organisation's policy positions in response to consultations and wider market issues.
• Maintaining regular contact and building constructive relationships with regulators, professional bodies and those in the profession.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a candidate with:
• Good level of financial services knowledge
• Sound understanding of policy and policy development and the practical application of policies in a commercial environment.
• Preferably a working knowledge of the wider public policy and European regulatory/policy agenda.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
