A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Regulatory Manager. As the suitable candidate you will:
1. Work with membership, Council and senior management to develop strategic positions on key areas of concern to the membership in relation to regulatory affairs.
2. To engage with national and international policymakers and authorities on behalf of the industry.
3. To carry out advocacy efforts for policy changes as appropriate.
4. Manage the relevant working groups of the organisation as required.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a candidate with:
• Some knowledge of the financial services and key stakeholders, gained from working at a financial institution, a law firm, a national government or a government agency.
• Some knowledge of the current policy and regulatory debate regarding the asset the industry, its part in the financial crisis and potential future outcomes.
• Some knowledge of the regulatory structures and approaches affecting the industry in the main financial centres.
• Some knowledge of EU legislative process.
• Experience of drafting policy documents/legal analysis.
