Reporting to the Vice President for Commercial Finance Europe, you will be in the senior management team, responsible for providing pricing and tender expertise across Europe in order to drive sales. You will be responsible for a team of six indirect reports and have strong links to Sales, Marketing and Commercial Finance among other divisions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ▪ Implement best practice pricing and tender management skills across all European countries ▪ Build local expertise in each of the 6 European regions ▪Embed analytic pricing and prioritisation in each market through EU approach, tools and expertise ▪ Define and implement pricing controls in line with strategy ▪ Organize and provide training for tender teams in each country ▪ Define Standard Operating Procedures with clear activities, owners and checkpoints that can be customised and embedded in each country ▪ Develop post-tender review process to be embedded locally ▪ Create training material on approach and messages for engaging non-clinical stakeholders on health-economic topics. Raise need for increased health-economic thought leadership (e.g., health economic journal articles) ▪ To develop influential relationships with procurement and other decision-maker KOL's ▪ To interact with other business units when 'one face to the customer' is necessary or valuable
Who we're looking for
As the ideal candidate, you will possess extensive experience of leading best practice pricing and tendering implementations. You will have strong people leadership experience, preferably within a matrix structure and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers, especially in the area of healthcare (non clinical) decision makers. You will be numerate, have excellent networking and relationship skills and have strong personal impact.
