Focus will be on building existing business to effectively 'farm' accounts.
1. The focus of the role is to generate new business out of existing clients (could be "live" ones with depth & breadth potential, or old ones we've neglected and wish to rekindle).
2. In the first year to bring at least 5 viable new potential client contacts.
3. Ongoing to continue contributing to, but not lead new business development.
1. Manage day to day contact & follow up with key clients, becoming their first port of call on any business inquiry.
2. Follow up and establish relations with old clients that may have been neglected, re-establishing the link back to the business.
3. Follow up and establish meetings with new clients after initial leads set up by our 'hunter' team.
4. Radar spot opportunities within client businesses, via 'walking the corridor', meetings and general rapport established with clients.
5. Lead pitch meetings including preparing credentials presentations and follow up.
6. Manage the process of implementing programs with key clients including engaging and working with our associate team for delivery.
7. Write inspiring effective proposals, present with passion and follow up with confidence.
Who we're looking for
1. You'll demonstrate a deep understanding of brands and share the passion for the importance and role of brands within companies.
2. Broad strategic & insightful understanding of what makes successful brands and successful application of insights.
3. Gravitas and maturity to talk with senior marketing personnel, demonstrating an appreciation of their business issues.
4. The ability to excite people and fill them with energy. You feel like you're a better person after you've met them.You will make them think, teach them something new and make them want to go out and do something different.
5. Relationship builder - loves people and creating relationships with clients and prospective clients
6. Ooze a passion for building skills in people. You'll be able to demonstrate examples from their career or personal lives where you have worked to release the potential of individuals and teams. You'll be able show that they can identify key levers that will involve and excite people
