As the Buyer you will be responsible for procuring parts and materials as directed and manage a specific commodity group of vendors. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that specific laid down procedures are adhered to in order to meet KPI's and the specific targets on Delivery & Quality Performance.You will play a key role in major subcontract management and be able to set up and negotiate these contracts including agreement of legal terms and conditions.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following;
• HND or equivalent qualification desirable
• CIPS or equivalent desirable
• Project Management Qualification
• Law degree desirable
• MRP knowledge with SAP
• Contract law experience desirable
• Minimum of 2 years relevant purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven and demonstrative negotiation ability.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry is preferred.
