Trade Marketing Manager

This role will act as a focal point between Sales and Marketing and Brand owners in order to equip our sales teams with the tools and insight to more effectively sell and to provide our customers with data and insight that helps them make more informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Use insight to better understand customers and their needs.
-Liaise with NPD in order to develop products, packaging and solutions for specific customers.
-Work with marketing and brands to ensure that the sales team are fully equipped and trained in product knowledge, features and benefits.
-Manage the communication process to and from sales to ensure the relevant people are aware of initiatives.
-Lead the planning for the launch of new products into the market place to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide selling tools and aids
-Analyse and assess geographic and channel opportunities to provide recommendations as to where the company should focus resources and efforts to build revenue and market share.
-Develop trade communication programmes
-Develop promotional campaigns to drive product penetration across targeted areas.

Who we're looking for
Relevant applicants will have worked in a trade marketing or consumer brandrole and will have exposure to B2B marketing. Knowledge of the Health and Beauty market is desirable but not essential.
