Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Do you have post qualification experience in a top 10 firm?

• Broaden your experience with this Big Four practice as an assistant manager in their Corporate Tax group, where your role will be truly varied involving a range of tax aspects including M&A, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning.
• As the assistant manager you will have plenty of room for development and opportunities as well as develop your own portfolio. You will take ownership of your workload and be encouraged to develop strong relationships with your own clients.

Who we're looking for
• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
• You will have experience with advising on UK corporate tax issues
• Provide tax technical advice in a variety of scenarios, which could include transfer pricing, M&A and cross border transactions
• Review and prepare UK corporation tax returns
• Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements
• Assist with international tax advice and large scale tax advisory projects
• Managing and developing members of the team
