The Group Sales and Marketing Managerwill:
•Lead and manage thegroups Sales and Marketing and Business Development Teams.
• Implement global Group strategies within Europe.
• Develop a thorough understanding through out the S&M Team of the technical capabilities and products of the Company and how these may be applied to the market segments.
• Provide monthly review and guidance to the Sales and Marketing processes and procedures for the group.

Who we're looking for
The Sales and Market Manager will have:
• Track record of achievement in either the defence or security sector either
on a global or regional basis.
• Previous technical knowledge focussed ideally around RF applications.
• Previous military service would be a bonus but not essential
• Managed teams and grown profits
• Experience of closing major deals (£2m+).
• Degree in Electronics or equivalents are would be preferred but not essential.
