JobLadder is the company behind CharityJOB, the UK's busiest website for jobs in the charity and not-for-profit and sector. In this exciting new role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help guide and lead the business through its next phase of development. This will include developing market-leading recruitment products, and exploring international opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:

• Setting the marketing strategy
• Developing our existing products and new products in anticipation of client needs
• Exploring new markets for JobLadder products and services, particularly internationally
• Customer retention and acquisition strategy
• Oversee all digital activity including, SEO, PPC, and social media channels
• Manage the work of the current Marketing Manager

Who we're looking for
JobLadder are looking for a very proactive individual and someone who will sit in the heart of the business and report into the Directors. It is essential that you have the following attributes:

• Substantial ecommerce/digital experience, with strong entrepreneurial skills
• Product development experience
• Strong affiliate marketing experience, perhaps internationally, with great negotiating and communication skills
• Good analytical and copywriting skills
