• You will be responsible for supporting the business by providing advice on a variety of matters as well as drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, telecoms, managed services, procurement contracts etc;
• Previous experience in IT / IPR or Telecoms law
• Drafting official documents issued by the company and ensuring the company's legal compliance with new legislation;
• Strong contracts knowledge and negotiation skills;
• Monitoring and ensuring the compliance with the company's internal policy related to legal issues;
• Dealing with corporate issues;
• Maintaining the relationship with the official authorities and obtaining the necessary certificates;
• Support for the HR Department with respect to labour law issues;
• Providing overall legal support and consultancy to the other departments of the company;
• Coordinating with external law firms and liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to all legal practice areas such as telecom law, IPR law, IT law, contract law, company law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law and EU law etc;
• Legal transaction support to other European platforms will also be required as needed.

Who we're looking for
• A UK qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of experience as In-House Legal Counsel in a national/international company or as a lawyer in a law firm;
• Excellent command of English (legal English);
• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Law;
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills together with a strong commercial sense required;
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and fluency in English
• Computer skills required: word, excel, databases, PowerPoint and outlook
• Patience and good skills of communication.
