As Head of Strategic Development, you will be responsible for working very closely with the direct telemarketing team and the UK field sales force to further improve the client offering. Moreover, by facing into decision makers within our existing and new client base your role will be to constantly improve our service offering and look for new avenues for business improvement todrive further increases to the revenue and profit.
Who we're looking for
To be successful at interview, you must be able to clearly demonstrate a proven track record of success in business to business sales, ideally in service or solution based sales. Your experience will ideally have seen you operating at a senior level, either being responsible for running a sales force or operating in a very senior, strategic business development/account management role.
You must have plenty of gravitas and credibility to interact with internal stakeholders and ultimately be very client facing. You will possess first class communication skills and be a very confident presenter.
Candidates coming from a strong sales background either working for a business to business data services provider or directory advertising would have a distinct advantage.
