In order to support the company expansion, and in response to a dynamic restructure in the delivery of their core services, Fisher Clinical Services are looking to appoint Client Services Team Leaders. The position of Client Services Team Leader will be instrumental in the delivery of project management solutions, whilst providing leadership to a cross functional team of project managers.
Key responsibilities:
Under the direction of the group manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the service's provided by the team are offered to a high standard of quality and delivered on time in order to meet client expectations. Through regular formal meetings and daily interactions, you will manage performance, resolve issues, help prioritise and offer support training and development.
Who we're looking for
Degree qualified, ideally with a project management qualification ideally you will have the following skills:
• Demonstrable experience of line / people management, ensuring that you can monitor and motivate cross functional project teams to achieve objectives and deliver to strict deadlines. • Ability to competently use Microsoft Project (MSP) and deliver on SOP's • Competent analytical decision making skills
